1 Prepare mix according to instructions on container. Add water.
2 Beat at medium speed 1 minute. DO NOT OVERMIX.
3 Add chocolate chips; mix on low speed about 1 minute or until evenly distributed.
4 Lightly spray sheets with non-stick cooking spray. Place dough in lightly greased sheet pans. Roll evenly into 1/2 thickness with
lightly floured rolling pin.
5 Using a convection oven, bake at 325 F. for 20 to 25 minutes ot until lightly browned on low fan, open vent. DO NOT
OVERBAKE. Cut 6 by 18 while still warm.
