Method

1 Heat pork according to manufacturer’s directions.
2 Place 1/2 cup or a No. 8 scoop of hot meat on bottom half of bun. Top with second half of bun. CCP: Internal temperature must
reach 145 F. or higher for 15 seconds.
3 CCP: Hold for service at 140 F. or higher.
