Method

1 Combine Salad Dressing or fat free Salad Dressing and apples.
2 Drain pineapple.
3 Add pineapple and celery to apple mixture; mix lightly.
4 Place 1 lettuce leaf on each serving dish; add 1/2 cup salad mixture. CCP: Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Hold for
service at 41 F. or lower.
